The progress of stem cell transplantation is a major medical achievement, offering hope to patients with blood cancers and other blood disorders where other treatments have failed.

Unfortunately, only a third of patients in the UK are able to secure a transplant from a close relative, the rest rely on the kindness of a stranger.

Match Finders is about promoting awareness of stem cell donation and giving individuals information about being on the donation register, particularly among BAME young people, who are desperately in need of more people on the register.
