A recent government study identified that engaging the older population more actively in the voluntary sector is worth six and a half billion to the economy.

We are The Struggle Is Real, and we aim to tap into this undervalued potential.

Collaborating with our partners, the aim of our project is to alleviate social isolation amongst the older community in Luton, specifically targeting those over 70. Our role will be to assist our community partners in engaging hard to reach community members who are not currently active in the voluntary sector.
