Our aim is to encourage people to use mindfulness tools to relieve stress and anxiety to prevent depression. 

We have achieved this by: 

  • Creating and sharing "30 Day Guided Meditation Challenge" online videos

  • Starting a petition to include meditation and mindfulness as part of the National Education Curriculum

  • Designing and delivering workshops

  • Using Social Media accounts to continue the conversation
