‘SmARTer Luton’ aims to celebrate cultural identity in Luton through art and photography.

We will target all communities of Luton by harnessing the power of social media, through creating a photoblog of Lutonians sharing their stories, which we hope can have a lasting effect.

We are working in partnership to compile questionnaire responses and feedback for future planning and development in Luton.
